Day 01: Arrive in Addis Ababa meet our representatives and transfer to hotel. Overnight: Jupiter International hotel (4*)

Day 02: Drive from Addis Ababa to ArbaMinch. En-route you visit Tiya (World Heritage Site by UNESCO). This site is famous for its ancient monolithic stele which is engraved with some fascinating symbols. Overnight: Paradise lodge

Day 03: Drive from ArbaMinch visiting Konso terraced hills, the Konso's chief compound and his chiefly artifacts at Karat Konso; the old fortified Konso town of Dekatu. The Konso people are famous for their traditional terracing system and Waka Totem (Grave Wooden Totem).Then, proceed across Weito valley to Turmi. En-route you visit the beautiful people of Erbore in their village. Overnight: Buska lodge

Day 04: Excursion drives to Murule to visit the Karo village at Korcho. Their village is perched in a magnificent setting overlooking the Omo River. The karo are very small in number and they live at the bank of Omo River. During special ceremonies the Karo adore painting themselves in the imitation of the plumage of the guinea fowl. In the afternoon, explore a typical village of the Hammer people. Overnight: Buska lodge

Day 05: Excursion drives to Omorate to visit the Dassanatch people on the other side of the Omo River. Today is Monday Market at Turmi. Therefore, you will have an opportunity to visit the Hammar people and their local products in their colorful market. Overnight: Buska lodge

Day 06: Leave the heart of the Hammar land across Dimeka to Jinka. En-route you visit the Hammar and Banna cattle herders. On the way there; with a short stop at Dimeka, you visit what is known as Tuesday Women’s Market of Dimeka where the Hammar, Benna and sometimes Tsemay People. In the afternoon, you visit the South Omo People Research Center and Museum in Jinka. Overnight: Jinka Resort

Day 07: Excursion drives to visit three different villages of the fascinating Mursi people whose women adore wearing geometrical lip plates in the slits of their lower lips. The drive to the village of these people takes you in the heart of Mago National Park. In the afternoon, you visit the Ari villages, their neat compounds and fertile surroundings. Overnight: Jinka Resort

Day 08: Drive down via the Tsemay land and gazing over the terraced hills of the Konso to ArbaMinch. En-route, at Key Afar, you visit the colorful Thursday Market of the Banna, the Tsemay and the Ari people with their local agricultural products. Overnight: Paradise Lodge

Day 09: In the morning, drive to the highland people of the Dorze to visit their excellent beehive shaped bamboo houses, fertile grounds of false banana and colorful waving products. Then, in the afternoon, you will have boat trip on Lake Chamo to visit some herds of hippo, aquatic birdlife, and huge sunbathing crocodiles on its shore. Overnight: Paradise Lodge

Day 10: Drive via the land of Welayta and Oromo people and across the rift valley back to Addis Ababa. Overnight: Jupiter international hotel

Day 11: In the morning, Transfer to the airport and fly to Bahirdar; ET 126 at 07:30.After check in to the hotel, set out for a boat trip on Lake Tana to see beautiful island monasteries and their valuable treasures which include biblical wall paintings, crowns of different Ethiopian Kings, ancient illuminated parchment books, superb crosses etc. In the afternoon, you drive to the magnificent Blue Nile Falls. It is about 400 meter wide with full flood (in June, July and August to mid September). Overnight: Home Land hotel

Day 12: In the morning, drive to Gondar. Then, tour of Gondar which includes the visit the Royal Enclosure with its magnificent castles dated from the 17th and 18th century (world heritage site), the bath of king Fasiledes, the remarkable church of Debrebrihan Selassie with its breathtaking 17th century wall and ceiling paintings. Overnight: Goha Hotel

Day 13: Transfer to the airport and fly to Lalibela by ET 122 at 08:45. After check in to the hotel visit the first and second groups of King Lalibela's 12th.C.Rockhewn churches (World Heritage Site). Although all of these churches are carved out of huge blocks of rocks, each of them displays unique architectural features from the other. Overnight: Mountain view Hotel

Day 14: In the morning, finalize visiting the second group of King Lalibela's rock hewn churches. Then, transfer to the airport to fly to Axum by ET122 at 09:40. In Axum (world heritage site), visit the famous stele park with its ancient huge monolithic obelisks, ruined palaces of different Axumite kings including that of the ruined Palace the Queen of Sheba, ancient stone inscriptions, subterranean tombs, the small but rich archeological site museum of Axum and the church of St. Mary of Zion where the original Ark of the Covenant is believed to be housed etc. Overnight: Yeha Hotel

Day 15: Finalize your visit of Axum and get transferred to the airport and fly back to Addis Ababa; ET 129 at 10:10. Then, tour of Addis Ababa which includes the Ethnological Museum in the former palace of King Hailesillassie, the National (Archaeological) Museum where, among other archaeological findings the oldest hominid fossil (Lucy) is exhibited; the superb Holy Trinity cathedral, the various historical monuments of Addis Ababa. In the evening, you will be invited farewell dinner in one of the best traditional restaurants of the capital with a show of folkloric music and dances of the different Ethiopian people. Then transfer to bole international air port for departure flight.
