Tour Details
Day 01: Arrive Addis Ababa Bole international airport, then transfer service to 4* hotel for overnight.
Day 02: Morning drives to Bale Mountains which is going to be 400 Km to the south east of Addis admire the wonderful landscape and the different cultural group of people, for overnight lodge at headquarter of the park.
Day 03: After breakfast, you will start trekking which is takes two or three hours from the headquarter of the national park to south west up the web and Wollo valley to the Finch Abera water fall then you reach at Moraro Mountain which is an altitude of 3750 m ASL for overnight in camping.
Day 04: Morning trek up to the Wassema valley it is six hours walking you are going to visit the mineral spring at Worgona, and then overnight camping.
Day 05: Morning climb up to mount Batu before you walk to the scenic camp site situated in the Tegona valley Under the sheer cliffs beside the Garba Guracha Lake which takes six hours the camp site is the spectacular point for watching birds such as Lammergeyers, Buzzards and Eagles are all commonly seen there, overnight camping.
Day 06: We spent the day walking to the Crane Lakes (Alpine Lakes). It is Known for water birds, and as one of the best place to see the Ethiopian wolf (Endemic to Ethiopia), then meet the cars and drive to Goba. Afterwards, continue drive to Robe, for overnight in Robe at Bekelle Mola hotel.
Day 07: In the morning, depart from Robe for the Sof Omar caves. The most famous spot of the caves is the Chamber of Columns, with limestone pillars up to 20m high. From the entrance, you will follow a 1.7km trail through several other chambers; this will take about 1 hour, and you will pass the Web River, which snakes through the cave, seven times. The birdlife in the area is very abundant. After the visit, proceed to Lake Langano for overnight.
Day 08: After breakfast, you will visit Lake of Langano. Lake is crocodile and bilharzias free, and is a popular weekend resort for residents of Addis Ababa. In the afternoon, drive back to Addis Ababa on the way you visit the Abijata-Shalla National Park. Lake Shalla, with its deep blue waters is the deepest lake in Ethiopia at 236m. Lake Abijta is a soda lake at which thousands of flamingos can be seen at various times of the year. After watching birds drive to Addis Ababa.
